The book shares her journey through grief and the love they built over 41 years—an account of a difficult decision. Monterey Herald
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Salinas will consider a pilot Rental Assistance Program at its December 2 council meeting to help prevent evictions; city leaders will discuss using $750,000 from a Family Homeless Challenge Grant (FHG) for the program. The plan would provide one-time help with up to 3 months of rent and up to $9,000 on a first-come basis and may include support from the Monterey County Office of Education. KSBW
