- ➤ Pilates is growing popular along the Central Coast—with Latria Pilates opening in Salinas at the end of September to blend fitness and faith and Redwood Pilates having opened its Watsonville studio in January and a second in Marina last month. Both studios offer reformer Pilates workouts that use mat and machine exercises and include a special class on Sundays at Latria Pilates. KSBW
