The Monterey Bay Aquarium is offering free tickets for Monterey County residents to visit from Sept.
2 to Sept. 14, with free ticket reservations starting Aug. 12 at 7 a.m. on its website. Valid proof of residency is required to receive the limited first-come, first-served tickets.
🎭 Culture
The Monterey Motorsports Festival will take place on August 16 from 5—11 p.m. at the Monterey County Fair and Event Center during Car Week, featuring classic cars, supercars and local food.
The event will also debut vehicles like the Peralta S and include a live set by platinum-selling DJ Dillon Francis—adding a full day of car and music excitement.
Thousands of car enthusiasts gathered at the Porsche Monterey dealership in Seaside to celebrate the iconic 911 sports car and view the evolution of Porsche during Monterey Car Week.
The event featured millions of dollars worth of cars, live music, food trucks, and a vehicle signing area — more events will follow leading up to the Concours d'Elegance on Sunday.
