California officials confirmed that marine mammals at Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary have shown no positive cases for avian influenza since March 14.
The February/March testing of 233 animals (including elephant seals, sea lions, and a southern sea otter) was part of a coordinated response among local, state, and federal agencies.
