  • Local author T. Garner Edwards published Love Stories of the Central Coast on Dec. 2 at Bookworks and other local stores. Drawing on his own enduring romance with his wife + cherished family memories, he compiled about 70 local love tales inspired by true events.  Monterey Herald

ENVIRONMENT NEWS

  • New farmers on the Central Coast will soon receive regenerative agriculture training funded by a $741,752 federal grant from Regeneration Latine Alliance in Agroecology. A state Senate bill to reduce wildlife collisions by adding wildlife crossings to highway planning is set for a committee hearing tomorrow.  KAZU
