El Charrito, a popular Mexican restaurant, soft-opened its third Monterey County location on Friday at the Promenade at the Dunes in Marina (98 General Stilwell Dr., Suite 10) with an outdoor patio and order-ahead pickup area; it operates from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. as the team prepares for a grand opening soon.
