- ➤ City officials will reduce lanes on Harden Parkway from Regency Circle to El Dorado Drive to address issues found in a Safe Routes to Schools survey that cited driver behavior and traffic speed as hazards for children walking and biking. - ➤ Marco Lucido, a lawyer from Fenton and Keller in Monterey, explains that California employers can require arbitration agreements to resolve workplace disputes if the agreement meets enforceability standards (including employee consent, mutuality, and neutral arbitrator selection).
