- ➤ Meals on Wheels of the Monterey Peninsula is expanding by acquiring an 18,000 sqft building on Del Monte Boulevard in Seaside to address rising food insecurity for seniors and others. The new kitchen is set to open by 2027 — the nonprofit’s meal production quadrupled in the last five years. KSBW
- ➤ The Braxton Stuntz Foundation hosted its 7th annual toy drive in Salinas yesterday, giving about 2,000 toys to children in need to honor Braxton Stuntz who died in Big Sur. His father Michael Stuntz said the drive is part of ongoing community events (in memory of his son's generosity). KSBW

- ➤ Joby accepted its first CAE flight simulator today at its Marina training center, a move that will boost pilot training for 250 trainees per year once FAA reviews are complete — the step advances plans for commercial air taxi operations with a future Dubai route. KSBW
